One flat call-out to come to you, wherever you are in the area. That's it, no mileage games.

You get a clear price for the work before we start. Nothing happens until you've approved it.
If the job grows, you hear it first
Nothing changes on the bill without you agreeing it, and the diagnostics fee comes off the cost of the repair.

How the pricing works
Every figure above is labour only. The £20 call-out and the parts your car needs go on top, and you see both before anything is booked. Parts are quoted per car because they genuinely vary between makes and models, and we would rather price them properly than pad a headline number to cover the worst case.
Work is priced for the job rather than by the hour, so a job that runs long is our problem rather than yours, and you approve the price before anything starts. There is nothing to pay up front and no cancellation fee: you settle up once the work is complete, by card, cash or bank transfer. If we run diagnostics first, that fee comes off the cost of the repair.
